The distance I ran : 5.4 km / 20min
Sit-ups : 150 times
Stretch training : 20 min

I should have already got tired of Chinese food, but had it again when I was out. It was a lunch set for women. I liked them very much before. But now I do not think Japanese Chinese foods to be delicious recently.
